DESCRIPTION:Legal Leadership Intensive: Building influence, integrity and impact is a one‑day, high‑impact professional development experience designed for legal professionals seeking practical, modern leadership skills that strengthen performance, influence and professional confidence.
Across seven interactive sessions, participants will explore the essential capabilities required to lead and influence effectively in today’s legal environment — from prioritisation and communication under pressure, to building high‑performance, navigating conflict, persuading stakeholders, and exercising ethical judgement. The day concludes with a focus on resilience and wellbeing to support sustainable leadership in demanding legal contexts.
Participants will receive a comprehensive resource pack, including a detailed participant handbook, the full professional slide deck, and an individual action planner to support ongoing application of learning. The day also includes dedicated opportunities to network with other practitioners, share insights, and build professional connections across the sector.
Delivered by the WA Law Society in partnership with James Fletcher (Director, Alta Pete Consulting) with guest experts, this intensive blends evidence‑based frameworks, real‑world scenarios and practical tools tailored to the realities of legal practice. Ideal for practitioners across private practice, government, CLC, NFP and regional settings, the program offers a concentrated, accessible and engaging leadership uplift — all in a single day at Mandoon Estate, located in the beautiful Swan Valley.

Transport and Parking
A charter coach will operate between the Perth CBD and Mandoon Estate, departing Perth at 8:30am and Mandoon Estate at 6:15pm. Please indicate on the registration form if you will be using the charter coach service.
Parking will also be available at Mandoon Estate.
 
Accommodation
Accommodation is available to book at the Maya Maya at Mandoon Estate.
